We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior MarTech Program Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of marketing technology, project management, and data-driven marketing strategies.

This role will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of our MarTech stack, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and drives marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Description

Here are some of the exciting tasks awaiting you:

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive MarTech strategy that supports the company’s marketing and business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance the MarTech stack.

Program Management:

  • Lead and manage MarTech projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, sales, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration and execution of MarTech initiatives.

Technology Implementation & Integration:

  • Oversee the implementation and integration of marketing technologies such as CRM, marketing automation, CMS, analytics, and other tools.
  • Ensure MarTech systems are properly integrated and data flows smoothly between platforms.

Data Management & Analysis:

  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all MarTech systems.
  • Analyze data to generate actionable insights, optimize marketing campaigns, and improve customer experience.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align MarTech initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

Optimization & Innovation:

  • Continuously monitor and assess the performance of MarTech tools and processes, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in marketing technology to keep the organization at the forefront of the industry.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training and support to marketing teams to ensure effective utilization of MarTech tools.
  • Develop documentation and best practices for MarTech processes and systems.

Qualifications

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

7+ years of experience in marketing technology, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale MarTech projects.

Strong understanding of the MarTech landscape, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, CMS, and other marketing tools.

Excellent project management skills, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Ability to think strategically and drive innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Certifications in relevant MarTech tools or project management (e.g., PMP, Agile) are a plus.
