Intern - Intermediaries RFPs

Your team

Pictet Asset Management (Pictet AM) manages the assets of some of the world’s largest institutions, financial intermediaries and their clients. Our culture welcomes independent thinkers and centres around investment excellence, a long-term perspective and a dedication to client service.

The RFP team helps to acquire new business by responding to investment proposals from potential clients (including central banks, pension funds, insurance companies and distributors) using a project management approach. The main responsibilities of an RFP Intern are to help prepare our response to these requests for proposals (RFPs) across various asset classes (traditional, specialist and alternatives).

Your role

  • Completing Requests for Proposals and DDQs across various asset classes (traditional and alternative).

  • Liaising with product specialists, investment managers, client relationship management and other business units to coordinate the efficient collection and presentation of information/data.

  • Managing information between RFP teams based in Geneva, London and Tokyo and the sales teams around the world.

  • Ensuring regular updating and quality control of the content stored in the RFP tool in collaboration with subject-matter experts, investment specialists and RFP managers.

  • Working on various topics simultaneously, in different languages and covering several project tasks.

  • Providing support to the RFP Team and the wider Global Marketing team.

Your profile

  • University degree in Economics, or qualification considered equivalent.

  • Previous experience in the financial industry would be an advantage.

  • A keen eye for detail.

  • Team orientated and focused on achieving team excellence at all times.

  • Able to work under pressure.

  • Strong organisational/multi-tasking skills.

  • Skilled user of standard IT software (MS Office, Lotus Notes).

  • Bilingual French and English, with excellent written and oral skills in both languages.

  • Must be resident in Switzerland (or willing to relocate).
