Could you be the full-time onsite Deputy Planning Manager / Planning Manager in Cairo, EG we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your detailed and strategic planning expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and skilled teammates. You'll be pivotal in developing comprehensive project schedules that integrate all aspects of engineering, procurement, and site activities, ensuring our projects meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including Engineering, Finance, and Project Management), continuously monitor project progress to identify and address critical paths, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

Identifying critical paths and ensuring action plans are developed and implemented to maximize project quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Providing accurate reporting on Work Package progress and coordinating all functional activity on the project to anticipate and resolve problems in a timely manner.

Organizing and leading periodic Project Schedule Sessions, highlighting the gap between the actual and the baseline.,

Maintaining the interface between Planning, Finance, and Project Management and ensuring that all project reporting is coordinated, robust, timely, and accurate.

Supporting the Planning Manager with business requests and auditing the programmes against the planning procedure/work instruction.

Degree in B.tech / BE (Engineering Graduate).

Knowledge of planning tools (Primavera, Microsoft Project, and TILOS).

Experience or understanding of project planning, scheduling, and monitoring in relevant field/EPC Projects.

Strong communication and diplomacy skills, and the ability to guide, influence, and convince others.

Self-starter who has the confidence and ability to develop solutions to problems with minimal supervision.
