Your Role at Baxter:
Support national account leadership with analysis of business performance, monitoring KPIs, developing internal and external presentations and operationalizing newly developed customer commitments. The position requires excellent analytical skills, experience in financial modelling, attention to detail and ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
What You'll be Doing:

Support sales leadership in preparing insights for customer business reviews and completing KPI and ad hoc reporting

Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of the monthly reports, forecasts, and contract commitments

Develop advanced reports and queries for sales leadership and key customers

Respond to ad-hoc customer requests for data

Manage customer specific file sharing portal including updating user access, ensuring compliance to required timelines and supporting onboarding of new users

Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and other internal business partners to develop, create and maintain reporting requirements and ensure data is accurate and timely

Exceptional organization, time management, and prioritization skills, and a proven ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or other relevant fields

Minimum of 2 year of related experience (analytics, finance, supply chain, operations)

Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
-
Strong customer service orientation and sense of urgency

Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g. conditional formatting, pivot tables, working with large data sets and V-Look-Ups) and Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g. thinkcell)

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 to $88, 000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
