Your role at Baxter
As the Supervisor of the Customer Master team, you will lead a team of customer master specialists and data stewards responsible for creation and maintenance of our customer master database supporting six (6) business segments and $6B+ in annual sales. Your role involves leading efforts to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, regulatory and legal compliance.
You will collaborate with multi-functional teams in implementing governance policies, designing standard procedure documentation, training, and aligning business processes for all Baxter segments.
This position will be tasked with day to day supervision activities as well as seeking opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization
What you'll be doing
- Accountable for accuracy, quality, and maintenance of a comprehensive customer master data repository
- Responsible for developing and implementing SOP documentation and data standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
- Lead initiatives to enhance data quality and implement data governance policies related to customer master data
- Ability to shift business processes to countries across the globe
- Deliver training and support to teams using customer master data, ensuring proper understanding and utilization of data
- Monitor teams performance to established KPI’s and develop tools or processes to stay within required turnaround times
What you'll bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 5 years Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience with SAP and/or JDE
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, multifaceted, matrix environment with rigid guidelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and innovative
- Detail oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- High level of confidentiality/work ethics
- Solid understanding of data management tools and technologies
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 - $88,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
