Key Account Marketing Lead - Active, EMEA (Digital Pureplayers)

The Key Account Marketing Lead - Active is responsible for On's brand development, positioning and consumer growth at our digital pure-player accounts, Asos & About You.

You will use your digital marketing expertise to partner cross functionally with Brand, Product, Sales, and Merchandising teams to craft and deliver a unique marketing plan, authentically bringing to life On's mission with our movement, active training, and studio consumers by creating memorable moments that drive brand affinity and lead to commercial growth. You will make this happen by successfully fusing your brand, event, influencer, and digital marketing skills.

You will collaborate closely with the Key Account Manager for Asos & About You, and On’s regional counterparts to craft and bring to life the marketing strategy. This role reports into the Head of B2B Partner Marketing Europe and can be located in Zurich, Berlin or London.

Your Mission

  • Become the training, and movement community expert - within the EMEA B2B Partner Marketing Team, who has an intimate pulse on the behaviors and trends within these communities.
  • Engage the consumer - understand how they discover, engage, and shop across multiple channels to craft and execute memorable moments for the run community through digital marketing, onsite placements, performance marketing, influencers, events, and more.
  • Use your digital marketing expertise - to bring a full-funnel approach to your activations and drive ecommerce growth with partners
  • Build and grow strong and lasting partnerships- be On's marketing partner for 2-4 pure player retailers who either operate in multiple countries or have influence beyond their own borders
  • Be the internal expert and advocate for your account - inside On by building awareness for your accounts strengths and being and advocate for their needs
  • Build 3+ year omni channel strategic plan - for your accounts in collaboration with your sales counterparts
  • Bring creativity and innovation - to how we partner with Key Accounts through a fast paced, data-driven, test and learn approach
  • Get hands on - by executing activate events, influencers, and/or retail tools that drive results
  • Leverage data - to identify omni channel opportunities and across all European countries by analyzing and monitoring consumer demand, category trends and competitor assortment
