What You'll Do:

Our Group Controlling & Finance Department is at the heart of our strategic decision-making process. We analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and support decision-making as well as develop and implement financial strategies to optimize our resources. Our team is not just about crunching numbers; we're about shaping the future of SkyCell AG. We work closely with senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, and sustainability.

In this role you'll also:

• • Developing & enhancing the Controlling function within SkyCell
  • Responsible for financial analysis, planning, budgeting, forecasting & financial modelling
  • Responsible to define and maintain internal reporting structure within all group companies in close collaboration with all departments.
  • Responsible for day to day performance analysis (actuals vs planned) of all divisions and departments
  • Act as a sparring partner towards internal stakeholders such as the CFO to determine cost effectiveness measures
  • Implementation and responsibility for the Cash Forecast & Management
  • Collaboration with Group Accounting and with Accounting in the various countries to ensure high quality financial reporting
  • Leading and participation in various projects, including the set-up of new international subsidiaries in a fast growing environment
  • Lead and participate in projects to implement and improve Business Intelligence Tools and systems

What You'll Bring:

• • University degree (business administration) with a focus on accounting/controlling/corporate finance or any comparable qualification
  • Significant working experience in international environments, ideally in a Scale-Up / growth-minded company
  • Project management and team leadership experience
  • Strong IFRS capabilities
  • Business Analysis & Data warehouse experience
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strategic thinking and proactive mindset
