The Opportunity
As the ERP SAP Lead for Commercial and Procurement you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the SAP system's Direct and Indirect procurement (SAP ECC, Ariba SCC, Ariba P2P, or BTP or PI/PO integration to other procurement systems) and Commercial modules (SAP ECC, eCommerce/Hybris, or BTP or PI/PO integration to other commercial/pricing systems). This role involves optimizing procurement and commercial processes, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The lead will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement activities.
Responsibilities
- Aligns with the Global Subchapter lead/Global Chapter Lead and other Local Leads on the running project for the team members and manage the workload of those team members.
- Provides leadership and expertise to his team members
- Collaborate with designated ERP Platform leads and Service managers during intake and delivery of projects/initiatives within your workstream
- Monitor the implementation of initiatives and the participation of the team members and managing the workload and building appropriate skills and capabilities of the team members fitting to the organizational demand.
- Manage the translation of developments and new program into global or local development plans and match and monitor the progression of team members.
- Lead the team of internal employees to solve complex digital and IT issues, solutions and implementations across regions and organizations within Takeda.
- Manages vendors’ resources if clients’ requirements are not delivered by the internal team
- Act as a bridge between the local team and the global network, ensuring clear and effective communication between different teams.
- Maintain open lines of communication within the local team. Facilitate regular team meetings and discussions to promote transparency, address challenges, and celebrate achievements.
Requirements
- Proved Minimum 6 years of SAP functional experience and configuration in at least one (ideally two) of the following modules: SAP ECC Sales & Billing, SAP Direct or Indirect Procurement (SAP ECC, Ariba SCC, Ariba P2P),
- Practical experience with projects integrated with SAP eCommerce/Hybris is welcomed and big benefit.
- Professional experience with EDI/ALE based integrations with third party systems to ensure bi-directional data transmission of e.g. Customers, Vendors, Sales orders, Billing documents, Purchase orders, Invoice documents etc
- Has demonstrated success in leading IT and technical teams.
- Experience developing and managing high performing teams.
- Ability to form strong working relationships across a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills; ability to listen, anticipate customer needs and influence solutions.
- Ability to lead effectively and work concurrently across multiple priorities in a goal-oriented, timeline-driven, and remote management work environment.
- Solutions oriented, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop qualitative and quantitative approaches for identifying and assessing various options to provide solutions
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, including product owners, business leaders, and internal customers. This involves understanding their requirements, providing updates, and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Salary
As a motivated employee, you should be compensated appropriately. The minimum salary for this position is € 4450 per month (full time), but your final remuneration package may be higher depending on your qualifications and experience.
