Your mission
To ensure optimal security, an accreditation system is in place to allow authorised individuals entry into defined zones. For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for an Accreditation Coordinator from February to the end of May 2025:
- Assist with setting up the Accreditation Centre with a variety of pre-opening duties
- Support the Accreditation Manager, collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ensure correct implementation and monitoring of accreditation procedures
- Verify applicant identification, issue accreditation passes in a secure and timely manner
- Deliver first-level troubleshooting, know when to escalate concerns/issues
- Assist in the debrief of the accreditation onsite operations
Your profile
- Experience in the events industry, preferably large-scale events, is an added advantage
- Ability to quickly learn new software and IT systems, excellent data entry skills, precise
- Exceptional customer service skills, professional demeanour
- Able to communicate information clearly and confidently to a variety of audiences
- Collaborative, supportive, works well on teams
- Multilingual – fluent English, and 2 additional languages (German an advantage)
