For our Global Function Technology & Sustainability Team we are seeking a Sustainability Reporting Manager (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date in Pratteln (Switzerland) or Frankfurt/Main (Germany).
Responsibilities
- Manage non-financial annual reporting: Set reporting standards and requirements, lead cross-functional reporting team, ensure data integrity and auditor coordination
- Manage sustainability ratings/rankings: Oversee reporting quality and continuous improvement, analyze results, propose enhancements and benchmark against stakeholders
- Streamline reporting processes: Establish reporting framework, lead double materiality assessment and support implementation of reporting IT solutions
- Reporting thought leadership: Monitor reporting requirements, train stakeholders on changes, engage on performance reporting and be internal reporting point of contact
Requirements
- Master Degree in enviromental or sustainability management, economics, controlling or accounting
- 5+ years of experience in industry or consultancy
- Proficiency in Project- and Stakeholder Management
- Strong communication skills
- Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous
- Strong knowledge about Sustainability reporting and rating standards: GRI, SASB, CSRD, CDP
- Ability to work independet and be a self-driven person
