Overview

As a Field Engineer at SKAN, you will be part of a dedicated team that takes care of the qualification and calibration of our modern machines. Your workplace? Directly at our customers in the pharmaceutical industry - where innovation and precision meet.

With up to 60% travelling within Europe, you will experience exciting challenges and diverse cultures at first hand. What should you bring with you? A solid basic technical education, an open and curious attitude towards people and cultures and fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

  • Qualifications, re-qualifications and inspections of SKAN systems / products in the pharmaceutical environment
  • GMP compliant documentation of test protocols
  • Calibration and adjustment of sensors
  • Filter integrity testing and ventilation qualification
  • Replacement and repair of components as well as troubleshooting of SKAN systems / products

Hardskills

  • Basic technical training with professional experience and/or higher technical education qualification (mechanical engineering. mechatronics, polymechanics)
  • Experience in GMP environment or in the field of isolator technology desirable
  • German and English business fluent
  • Due to the high amount of travelling required, we recommend a permanent residence in the Basel / Allschwil area or the openness to relocate there
