As an Executive Assistant for our Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and member of the Executive Board, you will play a key role within the Human Resources team, supporting the CHRO with administrative, managerial and leadership responsibilities.
What you will do
- Providing administrative support to the CHRO in daily business activities, including inbox and calendar management, travel and expenses
- Providing comprehensive organizational support to the CHRO for ensuring the seamless execution of the Nomination and Compensation Board Committee
- Supporting the CHRO in budget planning and cost management, including payment of invoices
- Organizing offsite meetings, events and workshops
- Taking responsibility for certain team communication and coordination, for example, in the areas of internal reporting, administrative and IT developments
- Setting up processes and standards to foster team collaboration and inclusion, for example, new team member onboarding
- Possibility to take part in additional managerial responsibilities depending on appetite and competencies
What you bring
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with at least 10 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Financial acumen
- Experience in setting-up processes
- Excellent communication skills and manners, natural authority, high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Independent working style, high reliability and excellent organizational skills with a strong service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken (additional languages, particularly Spanish, are an advantage)
