Could you be the full-time Project Manager (f/m/d) in Villeneuve we’re looking for?

Fixed-term position of 12 months.

Your Future Role

In Villeneuve, over 250 colleagues from 15 different countries work together to manufacture and maintain multiple units, locomotives, trams, and passenger cars from Switzerland and other European countries. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Mathieu BAYON and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

  • Support Procurement function into its deliverables and deliveries
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all critical items are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Proven working experience as a project administrator
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
