Your tasks / field of activity:

• Responsibility and management of challenging new construction and conversion projects
• Communication with clients, specialist planners and contractors in collaboration with project management
• Leading construction meetings, coordinating construction work on site
• Coordinating work processes, deadline monitoring and quality control
• Creation of submissions, dimension control, cost control
• Promotion of optimum occupational safety

Your profile:

• Completed training in the field of construction as a construction manager HFP, architect ETH, FH, technician HF construction planning or comparable
• at least 5 years of professional experience in the construction management of building construction projects
• Knowledge of the standards and regulations of the Swiss construction industry (SIA, CRB, KBOB, SUVA and the like)
• Knowledge of the regulations relating to the Building Act (BauG) and Building Ordinance (BauV) of the Canton of Valais
• Knowledge of the regulations regarding Ordinance 3 & 4 of the Labor Act (ArgV 3 & 4)
• Very good written and spoken German; good English skills are an advantage
