About the job

The role is responsible for shaping and implementing the corporate learning and development strategy to ensure Swarovski has the skills and capabilities relevant to the long-term business success.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating a Learning strategy in line with the overall People strategy
  • Providing thought leadership on all topics related to learning and development, guiding Senior business leaders and the HR community through learning questions & needs
  • Shaping and executing a global roadmap centered around enhancing people capabilities that meet the current and future needs of the organization.
  • Embedding a learning culture and igniting a positive and engaging learning environment across Swarovski
  • Guiding the functional L&D team in executing & operationalizing the learning strategy, ensuring that defined interventions contain appropriate content, meet quality standards, and offer effective learning methodologies and investment.
  • Using strong project management skills, conducting needs analyses, creating content, review, design, pilot, and deliver/facilitate learning interventions
  • Assessing emerging learning tools, techniques, and technologies while applying proven strategies in learning design. Ensures the organization's learning portfolio is cutting edge and embraces new innovative approaches where appropriate.
  • Owning the overall design & execution of the Swarovski Growth Academy and supporting with the content and experience creation Uplifting the development agenda and creating a cohesive approach from new leaders onboarding to manager development and high potential academy.
  • Seek opportunities to follow trends, understand external standards, and incorporate these strategically in projects and initiatives
  • Consults and acts as Subject Matter Expert to L&D / HR colleagues across Swarovski Crystal Business including digital learning solutions and platforms

About you

We are looking for you - a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Educational background in the related field; Coaching / assessment certifications or similar as a plus
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience; within an international setting
  • Experience in delivering & facilitating learning interventions
  • Agility and interest to work in a small and flexible team and to get involved in and drive other talent, culture and learning topics when priorities change over time.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and build relationships at all levels across the organization
  • Innovative and creative approach whenever possible and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously and virtually with teams located globally
  • Excellent English proficiency: German is an advantage
