Customer Marketing Manager (B2B)




The role:


Open Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d). Ideally this role requires domain knowledge of cyber security as well as networking and cloud architectures. You will play an important role in elevating our customer experience and advocacy to the next level of our security, SSE, SASE and SD-WAN solutions.




Your Mission:


• Work closely with customers as well as the product and content marketing teams to create compelling customer advocacy materials. These include success stories, blog posts, webinars, and other content that can be used for awareness and demand generation tactics.


• Ensure that customers are heard at industry events, strengthening their and our network. Help shape our company's events for customers to solidify the community through great experiences and added value.


• Collaborate easily with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer success, and product to align customer marketing with marketing and business goals.


• Collect and incorporate customer feedback into marketing strategies to ensure that customer needs and preferences are accurately reflected and addressed.


• Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including identifying potential advocates, maintaining relationships, and leveraging their stories and experiences for broader marketing initiatives.


• Design and implement educational materials and programs, such as tutorials,,workshops, and newsletters, to engage and inform customers, enhancing their experience and loyalty.


• Encourage and manage the collection of customer reviews and testimonials to build social proof and enhance the company’s credibility and reputation in the market.


• Utilize customer data to personalize marketing messages and campaigns, ensuring they resonate with different customer segments and improve engagement and conversion rates.




Your Qualifications:


• At least 4 years of experience in B2B marketing within the software industry, with a proven track of record.


• Extensive experience with digital marketing tools and CRM software, demonstrating the ability to leverage technology for impactful marketing campaigns.


• Strong communication skills with a talent for storytelling, capable of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.


• Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


• Proven success in developing and implementing strategic and creative customer marketing and advocacy initiatives that drive engagement and loyalty.


• Fluency in German and English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.




Bonus:


• Experience from marketing cyber security solutions, you possess strong knowledge of security and a general understanding of networking: WAN, LAN, IT management/operations, and cloud computing. A strong understanding of the cyber security market and networking marketing experience is a plus.


• Experience in planning and executing customer events, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and fostering community.
