For one of our client located around Zürich, we are looking for a Digital Workplace Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, enhancement, and continuous improvement of our digital workplace tools, including collaboration platforms, document management systems, and intranet solutions, in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Oversee the management of essential IT platforms such as Microsoft 365, document management systems, and Windows-based workplace solutions, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current workflows to identify inefficiencies and propose targeted improvements to enhance overall productivity and business agility.
• Develop and recommend IT solutions and strategies that promote automation, cost reduction, and process optimization across the organization.
• Manage and execute projects focused on the deployment of new solutions and the optimization of existing systems, working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding technical queries, platform issues, and new technology implementations, ensuring smooth adoption through training and support initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing enterprise-level IT platforms and digital workplace solutions (3 to 5 years)
• Strong background in business process analysis and optimization, with an ability to identify and implement practical solutions.
• Expertise in application lifecycle management and experience with Microsoft 365, document management systems, and collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and drive user adoption of new technologies.
• Fluent in German (mandatory)
