The CDP project is responsible for the further development, scaling and optimisation of the customer data platform for various LHG departments. The tasks of the SWISS digital campaign manager will be to support the project by creating and executing different marketing use cases for SWISS.

  • Support CDP roadmap with divers use cases
  • Define, optimize, set-up use cases and audiences
  • Set campaign and media KPIs and follow-up the development
  • Initiate, analyse, rate cross channel campaigns, creatives and audiences
  • Set up testings and methodologies in collaboration with the data analyst
  • Internal communication

  • University degree (Master's) in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in CDP is an advantage
  • Experience in areas such as digital marketing, 360-degree campaign management, MAR technologies, performance metrics, and creative development
  • Experience in managing service providers (e.g., media agencies, technology partners)
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast changing environment
