IHRE AUFGABEN

• Provide first level support to users and clients for online platforms, digital tools and applications within defined domain

• Address user and clients inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive client experience

• Assist requesters through various processes related to online platforms, mobile apps, and digital interfaces

• Cooperate in projects related to the development and improvement of functionalities of the e-channels products

• Ensure accurate reporting of interactions with users and clients, applications issues and incidents tracking

• Provide training to users and clients if requested

YOUR PROFILE

Skills

• Solid general banking-knowledge including products and processes accessible to clients through e-channels

• Strong understanding of digital technologies, online platforms, and mobile applications

• Solid interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective interactions with clients and stakeholders

•  Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to understand and solve issues or to address complex inquiries to next support level

• Stress-management skills  to maintain calm and focused in case of high-pressure or challenging situations

• Fluent in German and either Spanish or Italian, very good English skills, preferably good written and spoken French skills

Experience

• Proven experience in the role or similar in the financial industry beneficial

Education

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (preferably in the banking environment) or high school diploma
