This appeals to you



  • Financial analyst, reviewing and analysing the monthly and quarterly global performance of the Company in close collaboration with divisional and regional controllers

  • Providing analysis as well as insights, working closely with the CFO and the VP Global Finance to proactively define measures and actions

  • Involved in preparing the quarterly financial presentation to group management

  • Analysis of competitors’ performance and market environment

  • Leading, coordinating and supporting the finance-related M&A activities for the Company, in close alignment with other functions (commercial, legal, R&D, IT, HR), such as preparation of M&A board proposals, financial due diligence, preparation of acquisition accounting and coordination of post-closing integration

  • Supporting the CFO and the VP Global Finance in various projects and working on global finance topics and projects





 



This is you



  • Degree in business administration or economics (University, University of Applied Sciences), Chartered Accountant, CPA or certified expert in financial reporting and controlling

  • 5+ years of experience in a finance position (audit, financial reporting, group controlling)

  • Experience in financial due diligence and M&A transactions

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), reporting tools (e.g. OneStream, Hyperion) and BI (Power BI, Tableau, SAC etc.), experience with SAP S/4HANA

  • Analytical and structured mindset

  • High level of responsibility and ownership

  • Hands-on approach and strong service mentality

  • Wide variety of soft skills enabling you to interact and communicate professionally on all levels

  • Willingness to travel (10–20%)

  • Fluent in English and German
