IHRE AUFGABEN

• Responsible for end-to-end project delivery based on committed scope, time, quality, and costs
• Project management of the-S/4 Hana Migration
• Responsible for the quality assurance process of the work packages/document deliverables
• Responsible for tasking external solution provider with the development of the necessary solution enhancements / configurations
• Ensuring project compliance to project governance and minimal standards
• Responsible for a successful roll-out / go-live of the solution
• Responsible for successful hand-over of solution to the Operations organizations

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience in managing a project with respective CTB Budgets > 5mCHF in classic methodology
• Experience with SAP Hana S/4 Migration project (Accounting FI) knowledge strongly preferred
• Experience in managing projects with external / third party solution providers
• Enjoying close interaction with multiple teams and coordination between various stakeholders (IT and Business)
• Willing and able to also take care of the administrative parts of the project (reporting, financial controlling, etc.)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Fast learner and understanding of business context and project governance
• Able to communicate with business and technical stakeholders
• Project management certification or corresponding qualification / experience
• Personal and social skills: Communication, problem solving, social interaction & cross-cultural mindset, empathy & relationship management, coaching, can-do spirit
• Negotiation skills with different stakeholder groups
