Our IT Asset Management team in Western EMEA is growing and we are adding a talented and experienced Senior Consultant to our Microsoft Advisory team.

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic Microsoft Advisory Services team at SoftwareOne.

Role Overview: As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional consultative experiences to our valued customers. Your expertise in Microsoft Licensing and Cloud Technology will be instrumental in shaping their technology roadmap. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Client Workshops and Presentations:
- Conduct regular workshops and engaging presentations for our clients, helping them understand the intricacies of Microsoft solutions.

Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with our Solutions Sales team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing insights and technical guidance during pre-sales activities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Dive into complex data sets, analyze trends, and create actionable reports that drive informed decision-making.

Project Management:
- Lead project kickoffs, coordinate internal resources, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and secure project sign-off.

Strategic Consulting & Advice:
- Offer strategic recommendations to align customer roadmaps with Microsoft’s technology and license stack.
- Translate licensing options and financial impacts, empowering organizations to negotiate effectively.

Customer Support:
- Provide exceptional support to our clients, addressing their queries and ensuring their satisfaction.
What we need to see from you
- You have extensive experience in negotiating software proposals for Microsoft offerings.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft licensing and contracts, practices, and terms and conditions, and strong(general)understanding of Microsoft solutions and services.
- Experience working within IT, Software Asset Management or related domain.
- Strong people skills with a passion for customer service.
Strong plus:
- Exam 70-705: Designing and Providing Microsoft Licensing Solutions to Large Organizations (or equivalent)
