We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Affiliation Analyst & Account Manager to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs, developing strong relationships with partners, and analyzing performance data to maximize ROI. The job in brief:
Job Title - Affiliation Analyst & Account Manager
Working model - Hybrid
Team - you will join the Partnership Affiliation team within the Marketing department.
Level - individual contributor P2 / P2+ (working in teams or individually on projects, with emphasis on technical/discipline knowledge rather than managing people), reporting to the Affiliation Manger.
Location - Chiasso, CH
Contract - Permanent - full-time (36 h/week)
Travel time required - no need
What your impact will be
- Affiliate Program Management: Oversee and optimize the performance of existing affiliates, ensuring they align with business objectives.
- Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners while nurturing strong relationships with existing ones.
- Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve affiliate performance.
- Optimization & Growth: Develop strategies to increase revenue, engagement, and conversion rates within the affiliate network.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Manage commercial negotiations with partners, ensuring competitive agreements that benefit both parties.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliate marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to ensure a seamless partnership experience.
- Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Monitor traffic sources and ensure all affiliate activities comply with company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications
Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or performance marketing, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, Excel, or other BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms (e.g., CJ Affiliate, Awin, Rakuten, or similar).
- Experience with online travel agencies (OTAs) or e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
