In order to reinforce the Social Media team at its Headquarters in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, SWATCH is currently searching for a
SOCIAL MEDIA PROJECT LEADER 80%
Job description
You'll rock the following tasks:
- Co-lead the content planning for the upcoming month across all social media channels
- Define, plan, execute and report influencer campaigns & events in collaboration with the team
- Schedule and use in-house UTM tracking system, native and/or third party publisher
- Organize, publish, and track social media assets in both internal and external digital asset management (DAM) platforms by applying standardized tagging framework, monitoring usage & rights, reporting etc
- Measure, analyse and report on quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Define, plan, execute, oversee and report influencer campaigns & events
- Build & keep relationships with key profiles
- Oversee content production process from planning, to drafting, execution, publication & reporting
- Create & curate original channel-specific content in alignment with the brand voice, editorial pillars, marketing initiatives, and the content team.
- Use our social media listening tool to monitor online conversations and identify social media relevant trends
- Stay on top of social platform developments and best practices in an effort to push innovative concepts and test & learn campaigns
- Drive knowledge-sharing within the company
- Use our social media tool to report on past campaigns and gain insights to inform our future activities
Profile
As a start, you have a lot of fun on social media! You are an active user of existing and emerging social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing and 2-4 years' Social Media experience in agencies or online international retail companies (fashion, accessories, watches, FMCG, cosmetics is a big plus).
That's also why you know how to create/curate and plan channel-specific content; and you're savvy with major social media management tools to schedule, publish, report, listen & engage. You understand creative nuances, publishing standards, local specificities, and best practices per social media platform in order to develop and/or curate content that is relatable and drives performance.
You have an excellent understanding of and genuine interest in consumer brands, music, arts, sports, trends, and global youth culture.
Professional requirements
You are collaborative in nature: a team player who is experienced in developing strong relationships with internal and external contacts, and can successfully work independently
You have the ability to manage multiple projects involving coordination with various departments.
Languages
In addition, you possess excellent communications skills. You are fluent in English and German and/or French is a plus.
