To complete its team, the Institute of Psychology of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences is looking for a
Junior Lecturer in the field of vocational psychology and career counseling (Postdoctoral position)
in Jérôme Rossier’s team, Professor in the Research center in vocational psychology and career counseling (CePCO).

Contract length : 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years
Activity rate : 100 % or to be negotiated
Starting annual salary: 83'160 CHF
Workplace : Lausanne-Dorigny (Géopolis), Switzerland
Your responsibilities
Job description:
- 50% of the activity rate will be dedicated to research: carrying out personal research work in the field of vocational psychology and career counseling, alone and in collaboration with CePCO members, including scientific valorization (articles, presentations at conferences, etc.);
- 50% of the activity rate will be dedicated to supporting teaching and shared research work: participation in the supervision of master's theses, participation in the correction of teacher's exams, assisting with courses and seminars, collaboration on collective research projects. Participation in administrative and organizational tasks for the CePCO, the Institute and/or the Faculty.

Your qualifications
We are looking to recruit a person with the following profile to join our team:
- PhD in psychology or equivalent ;
- Ability to design and carry out research and teaching projects in the fields of vocational psychology and career counseling ;
- Interest in teaching ;
- Knowledge of psychological research methods, with expertise in quantitative approaches would be a plus ;
- Interest in written scientific articles and report and making research presentations ;
- Fluency in English and in French is mandatory and/or German would be an important plus ;
- Organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team ;
- Motivation to participate in the work of the Research center in vocational psychology and career counseling ( www.unil.ch/cepco/en ).
