We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Campaign Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to support Holcim's reputation, brand positioning, and communication objectives. The
ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a data-driven mindset, experienced in delivering impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences across digital platforms.
MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Campaign Strategy and Management:
Develop and implement multi-channel digital campaigns to support business objectives, focusing on paid media (search, social, display, and programmatic advertising). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all campaigns. Own precision targeting and craft tailored
strategies to reach and engage target audience effectively.
- Agency Management for Cross-channel Paid Campaigns:
Manage relationships with media agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and adherence to campaign objectives and budgets.
- Content Development and Distribution:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to tailor digital content (e.g., videos, animations, infographics) tailored to specific campaigns and paid channels.
- Support Website Management:
Support team in maintaining and updating the corporate website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with communication goals.
- Budget Planning and Review:
Take responsibility for planning and continuous review of media budgets for campaigns and optimize budget allocation for maximum impact and efficiency.
- Performance Analysis &Reporting
Ensure up-to-date analytics stack and prepare campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics, success stories, and areas for improvement.
- Trend Monitoring and Innovation:
Stay ahead of digital trends, technologies, and tools to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the corporate communications landscape.

PROFILE REQUIRED
Level of education/qualifications normally required:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Specific work experience:
? Proven experience (3-5 years) in managing digital campaigns with focus on paid media, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
? Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies or vendors.
? Experience in updating websites, preferably using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or similar platforms.
Technical / functional skills:
? Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, programmatics and content marketing.
? Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
? Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, or similar platforms).
