Your Mission

Portfolio Setup and Governance: Establish and manage the Operations project portfolio, including defining guardrails, implementing prioritization frameworks, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals

Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office to ensure projects within the Operations project portfolio contribute to the organization’s broader transformation objectives

Leadership of Project Managers: Lead and mentor a team of Operations project managers, providing direction, coaching, and oversight to drive successful project execution and delivery

Cross-Functional Focus: Oversee cross-functional projects that span multiple departments, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and seamless integration across functions
