Quality Systems Analyst (m/w/d) 100%
Location: Balsthal (SO), Switzerland
Type of Contract: permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availability

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Analyze site QMS data for Management Review.

Identify systemic QMS issues, risks, and negative trends.
-
Perform trend analysis on key quality metrics (Nonconformance, CAPA, Audit Observation, Complaint).

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and drive Corrective/Preventative Actions.
-
Use Minitab for statistical analysis to spot negative trends and improvement opportunities.
-
Maintain QMS procedures in line with ISO13485 and business needs.
-
Review Nonconformance, CAPA, and Audit Observation.
-
Track progress of follow-up items from audits, Management Review, and improvement projects.
-
Act as Subject Matter Expert in external and internal audits.
YOUR BACKGROUND
-
Completed degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field or equivalent advanced training
-
At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
-
Work experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field an advantage
-
Strong documentation skills as well as robust problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills
-
Pro-active approach and excellent time-management skills
-
Very good knowledge of English and German required
