As an IAM Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our identity and access management systems, with a primary focus on Identity Security Engineer Certification (ISC). In this role, you will ensure secure and reliable user access to business applications and technical systems, while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will improve our IAM services and support an environment that is focused on collaboration and delivering great value to our business.
- Enable secure and reliable user access to business applications and technical systems
- Develop, maintain and optimize automation processes for IAM
- Ensure smooth identity lifecycle management and application integration
- Provide 3rd level support for IAM-related issues, troubleshooting and resolving complex problems
- Maintain and manage interfaces between the IAM system and other systems to ensure seamless integration
- Higher education or Bachelor level degree in an IT or engineering relevant subject
- ISC certification at Engineer Level or equivalent experience in IAM operations
- 3 to 5 years experience in IT engineering
- Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyze problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
- Teamwork: You engage in interactions with diverse team members and actively contribute information, ideas, and insights in meetings or other interactions
- Self-discipline: You set boundaries, manage your time effectively, and maintain focus on tasks without distractions
- Proficient in German and English written and orally
