IT Infrastructure Programme Manager Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months
Remote Working: Fully remote / 1x p/month on-site in Basel
Pay Rate: 70 - 100 CHF P/hour

Trust in Soda has partnered with an exciting Pharmaceutical client of ours to hire an experienced IT Infrastructure Programme Manager, who will be responsible for managing numerous Infrastructure programmes, including data center operations, cloud migrations, network upgrades, and enterprise IT systems.
The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud environments such as Azure & AWS.
Required experience:
- Experienced designing, planning and initation and delivering IT Infrastructure Programmes.
- Capable of defining programme scope, objectives, milestones and deliverable's in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Highly skilled developing project schedules, risk management plans, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor and report on programme performance, utilising KPIs to track and report on progress to ensure delivery timescales are met.
- Act as a bridge between technical & business, including project sponsors and vendors to ensure alignment for program objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management experience, comfortable communicating project updates, risks and issues to board / exec leadership team.
- Ensure compliance throughout all stages of the programme life-cycle (governance, policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
