The main responsibilities of this position is to improve visibility, market share and sell out of Motorola products on national retailers (online and offline)
Development of stronger partnership with our customers to get data, insights and full understanding of their marketing ecosystem and capabilities
Analyses of sales, content competition and shopper insights in order to identify business opportunities
Build and execute customers marketing plans, integrating digital and offline strategies
Maximize traffic to our products (NPIs and phase out)
Deep knowledge about retail media, digital media and social
Bachelor's degree (Marketing or similar)
3 years + experience in ecommerce & digital marketing, acquired by working at an etailer
Strong analytical skills and data driven oriented
Advanced knowledge about excel and digital KPIs analysis
Good relationship with sales and trade marketing team
Passionate about eCommerce
Proactive , energetic, self-managed, hands-on
Results oriented
Good Communication skill
Consumer centric
Advanced/ Intermediate English
Able to work in Hybrid Format (3x office, 2x home office)
