We manage the data and processes required for reporting and ensure that they are reliable and consistent in the different IT systems.
Your role
- Finding the rules for data administration in the IT systems and choosing the appropriate tools for checking that data are consistent and being correctly implemented.
- Updating and checking information used for producing the reporting issued by Pictet AM.
- Overseeing production procedures and management rules.
- Managing maintenance of our client database (Account Management).
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring that the IT system is coherent.
- Coordinating the applications and the data from the different teams in the department.
Your profile
- Degree from a university of applied sciences ("HES") or in business informatics.
- Some experience working in finance, investment funds or asset management.
- Excellent database skills (Oracle PL/SQL).
- Experience in .Net development as well as in JavaScript frameworks such as Angular or equivalent would be a plus.
- Very good practical knowledge of Business Object or a business intelligence application.
- Experience of providing reporting for senior management.
- Skilled user of standard IT software (MS Office and Lotus Notes)
- Excellent written and oral command of French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.

Your ability to come up with solutions, manage priorities and meet deadlines will also be major assets in your daily work. In addition, the chosen candidate will be energetic and driven as well as having a flair for both oral and written communication.
