As a Inspector in Quick Turn Services (Bad Zurzach) you will perform inspections on engines, engine modules and engine parts according to Manufacture Manuals. You will create repair orders related to the inspection results (findings). If necessary, you will do clarifications with Engineering Department and/or Technical Support Specialist. Inspector will also be trained and capable to perform/support standard QTS engine jobs if needed.

As a Inspector in Quick Turn Services (Bad Zurzach) you will perform inspections on engines, engine modules and engine parts according to Manufacture Manuals. Inspector will also be trained and capable to perform/support standard QTS engine jobs if needed.
Your tasks
- Identification and reduction of non-value-added activities (waste) as well as safety, environmental and health hazards
- Perform 5S principles ensure clean working space
- Regular task completion on engines (daily business)
- Evaluate technical condition of engine parts according to valid manuals and regulations
- Create Job Orders related to inspection results
- Ensure all removed modules and parts are correctly tagged
- Perform in-process inspections and final inspections
- Pursue clarification with engineering in case of findings
- Create Inspection Reports for Engineering/Customer to allocate the parts condition
- Willing to travel for field assistance support
Your Profile
- Technical Education (4 years or equivalent)
- Working experience in technical industry
- Working experience in aviation industry
- Working experience in engine shop > 2years
- Good knowledge in MS Office
- Autonomous and accurate working abilities
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
