After intensive training, you will independently implement project tasks and sub-projects related to our service management solution Serviceware Processes and help to inspire customers with our service. Your work will focus on the application implementation and parameterization of the software. You install and update the systems of our customers and develop them further. In doing so, you will actively participate in the planning and implementation and contribute your technical expert know-how. Further tasks within the project implementations are the basic configuration of the software according to customer requirements, the integration and extension of interfaces as well as the adaptation of objects, workflows and reports. In addition, you will support the execution of integration tests and document your work on customer environments and projects on an ongoing basis.
Your ability to work independently and stick to assigned tasks and work packages is absolutely critical. Likewise, a confident response to critical and important customer inquiries is required. Entrepreneurial thinking and action round out your skills.
You have the competence to organize your daily work routine largely independently. You decide on the time and place of your work, but the customer and the requirements of the projects set the pace. You will support our customers in German-speaking Switzerland. A certain willingness to travel and time flexibility are therefore essential. You will perform your work either on site at the customer's premises, in our modern offices in Brüttisellen or in your home office.
