Your tasks
- In alignment with the vision and strategy of the Executive MBA HSG business unit, defines and oversees the implementation and internal divulgation of the EMBA HSG marketing strategy, including branding, digital marketing, and programme portfolio management;
- Collaborate with the Academic Director and senior leadership to etablish and refine admissions criteria across the program portfolio. Lead the EMBA HSG Marketing and Talent Acquisition Team in designing, allocating resources, implementing, and managing a comprehensive admissions process, as well as crafting an effective student marketing and recruitment strategy;
- Oversees definition, fulfilment and upkeep of data protection and admissions criteria, rules and regulations;
- Liaises with, and represents the EMBA HSG portfolio of programmes toward, internal and external stakeholders (including other business schools as well as corporate partners) for branding, marketing, communication, ranking and relevant accreditation matters.
Your profile
- Demonstrated skills in general marketing, digital/social media marketing, branding and/or communications strategy development and implementation;
- Ideally, solid experience of marketing executive programmes or related areas (executive education, graduate management education and/or professional development programmes);
- Proven experience of working in an international environment and dealing with global market challenges, with strong intercultural skills. Experience both inside and outside the DACH market highly desirable;
- Demonstrated skills in project delivery, budget and stakeholder management in an academic and/or corporate environment;
- Proven people management skills and experience of leading specialist teams;
- Excellent networking skills, with established connections in the academic and/or corporate environment and the ability to engage experts and institutions in marketing efforts;
