Team & Engagement Coordinator - Audit Corporates

Your contribution to KPMG

• Be responsible for handling the client and order-specific administrative processes for your assigned Engagement Managers and their mandate portfolios
• Proactively drive administrative processes and prepare content to enable efficient workflow in the areas of order processing, risk management, and reporting
• Support your team as well as partners and directors with various administrative tasks
• Manage, coordinate and organize internal and external appointments, events and business trips
• Coordinate and monitor the planning and utilization of employees
• Be a central pivot and interact with various colleagues from the "Central Backoffice," "Finance," and "Risk & Compliance" departments

• You bring more than 4 years of professional experience in administration and coordination
• Your oral and written communication skills in German and English are very good
• Service orientation and a strong "Can-do" attitude
• Multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and conscientious work method, strong analytical skills
• Committed, resilient, and flexible personality who likes to think ahead and take responsibility
• Last but not least: a true team player who is already two steps ahead and can think outside the box
