Join our R&D Smart Controls department and play a key role in shaping the future of elevator control systems.
As R&D Telecom Control Systems Architect you will act as technical architect of the controller platform to define and maintain the requirements and solution while driving continuous progress through technical development of new components and technologies.
Your new challenges include:

Analyzing system requirements and deriving component-level solutions with a focus on hardware by ensuring compliance with industry standards and relevant codes and maintaining product structure.

Defining, documenting, and maintaining the hardware architecture of elevator control systems, including master schematics.

Aligning with cross-functional teams (Architects, System and Software Engineers) on HW-SW functionality and collaborating with production, field support, installation, and maintenance experts to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose systems.

Developing and integrating interfaces for subsystems, components, and controller platforms.

Defining requirements for PCBAs, assemblies, harnesses, and sub-components.

Further requirements may include:

Master's degree in electrical engineering or similar

Proven technical leadership skills

Extensive experience (5-7 years) with design and maintenance of control systems

Excellent knowledge of system engineering methods (modelling, requirements engineering, interface management, analysis)

Proven experience with production processes for electronic and electrical assemblies and procedures for installation and commissioning

Proficient level of English, other languages are a plus
