Integrated Marketing Manager

Your contribution

As an Integrated Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing new product launches and global marketing campaigns. You will ensure these initiatives align with available budgets, timelines, and resources for your assigned product category or application area. Your success will be measured by achieving pre-defined KPIs, such as generated leads and opportunities. You will also develop impactful value propositions and guide technical teams through the process, translating complex technical concepts into engaging stories and visuals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute new product launches and global marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Develop impactful value propositions and coach technical teams through the process.
• Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and creative visuals.
• Negotiate and manage deliverables in line with budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Craft innovative ideas to reach target audiences using various marketing tactics.
• Develop concepts and engagement plans to win KOL support for product launches or marketing campaigns.

Your background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, business administration, or communications; an MBA is a strong advantage.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience within a multinational organization, with hands-on experience in launching new products and executing marketing campaigns.
• Experience in the Life Science, Diagnostics, or Medical Device industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse groups at all seniority levels.
• General understanding of digital media, online marketing, and other major marketing channels, preferably in the Life Sciences space.
• Excellent English skills; German or any other language would be an asset.
• Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills, open to new ideas and thinking "out of the box."
• Reliable, stress-proven, and assertive, with a readiness to go the extra mile.
