Trainings occur worldwide. You’ll collaborate with Training Acquisition to secure optimal accommodations for our staff. TMS is our core application, hosting all training data. We continually enhance the system, implementing fresh ideas and features.
- Book worldwide accommodations for participants/trainers upon request
- Ensure hotel standards, minimal costs/travel and flexible bookings with no cancellation fees
- Assist participants with accommodation issues or rebook if needed
- Testing and developing of new functions on the test environment
- Post-monitoring of implemented updates in the live production environment
- Take corrective actions as required. Direct interaction with the provider via e-Ticket System

- Commercial or technical basic education with at least four (4) years of work experience
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills
- High flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
- Experience in aviation is an advantage
- A solution-oriented and proactive working approach
- Good planning and organisation skills
- A high affinity for IT platforms and experience in LMS/TMS system maintenance are essential
- Native-level German and excellent written and spoken English skills are mandatory
