Our 114,000 colleagues serve people in more than 160 countries.<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div>Abbott Established Pharmaceutical Division (EPD) is looking for a</div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>Procurement Integration and Excellence Managerfor its global Pharma Division Headquarter based in Allschwil- Basel.</div>Primary Job Function: <ul><li>Responsible for developing and implementing global supplier relationship strategies supporting all financial, operational, qualitative and regulatory aspects. </li><li>Build up and maintain supplier relationship experience roadmap and ensure that processes meet and reflect EPD overall expectations.</li><li>Facilitate and communicate the global supplier / TPM landscape design, implementation, optimization and integration of the flow of materials and the related financials.</li><li>Assist in analyzing of all Supplier Cost within EPD Procurement /TPM.</li><li>Ensure that impacts to operations driven by regulatory requirements are minimized and/or leveraged for competitive advantage.</li><li>Support the Snr Director to deliver specific strategic projects and initiatives (SC Resilience, PFAs, Sustainability), Compete, Integration, Near Shoring, Alternate Sourcing, BCP etc</li></ul>Core Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Direct, plan and execute strategic Procurement / TPM programs supporting Divisional Proc / TPM organization, including re-engineering of supplier base on a global or regional basis.</li><li>Support optimization of the EPD supplier structure to expand our global supplier network, improve supplier compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Actively pursue a cross-functional culture of excellence to effectively implement global supplier programs.</li><li>Align programs with Operations and other EPD Functional areas on goals and objectives for the global supplier process.</li><li>Build and maintain close working relationships with and provide expertise to management to identify and realize improvements.</li><li>Effective cross functional and divisional stakeholder communication, collaboration and coordination.</li><li>Lead and/or support large scale and sustainable change management initiatives.</li><li>Be a key leader in influencing the evolving EPD supplier strategy.</li><li>Support global supplier integration and acquisitions.</li><li>Stay abreast of supplier related regulatory requirements, providing expertise to project teams to ensure cost-effective compliance.</li></ul>Minimum Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree and/or comparable educational background required. Graduate degree or professional certification is preferred (MBA, CPA, etc.)</li></ul>Minimum Experience/Training Required:<ul><li>5- 10 years of global supply chain, Operations, procurement experience</li><li>Management experience (team and project management) preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>Experience in project management, strategy.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Adept in creating executive level summary / slides.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP.</li><li>English proficiency (oral and written), other languages considered an advantage.</li><li>Excellent communication and concept selling skills.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities required, with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Able to organize colleagues and actively promote the development of a cross-functional culture of excellence and shape the future direction of the business.</li><li>Proactive internal and external stakeholder communication, coordination and collaboration.</li></ul>Do you like the sound of this job and think you’ve got what it takes?
