Finance Head FP&A CSL Vifor

The person in this senior finance role is responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, responsible for

• monthly internal financial reporting; CSL Group, executive and BoD reporting; as well as summary level external reporting
• preparing ad-hoc analyses
• coordination of the CSL Vifor planning process in coordination with the other segments and R&D and Enabling Functions to meet the CSL Group requirements.

In addition, the role requires to contribute to strategic projects.

With multiple relationships internally and externally, this is a complex role requiring professional excellence combined with strong interpersonal and communication skills, financial system knowledge, and people and project management abilities.

The position reports to the Head of Finance at CSL Vifor.

Key Measures of Success:

• Leads organization of internal financial reporting, coordinates with financial consolidations team regarding external reporting, and organizes annual financial planning processes.
• “Sparring partner” to the Head of Finance at CSL Vifor and his direct reports (Head of Finance VFMCRP, Head Finance BP TechOps, Head of Finance Global Commercial Organization).
• Collaborate closely with the Group Financial Planning & Analysis team and other business segment FP&A teams to align segment goals with overall corporate objectives.

• Demonstrates an excellent understanding of the business and its issues.
• Delivers accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Ad hoc strategic projects are effectively managed, results are delivered on time and demonstrate a high level of competence and professionalism
• Accurate short, medium and long-term cash flow forecasting process
• Management of net working capital and balance sheet.
• Good understanding of FX drivers and how those impact the financial statements at CSL Vifor.
