Senior Lead - Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a confident and highly creative leader to join the Graphic Design team at On. As a Lead, you’ll have exceptional design skills and bring a deep design thinking mindset. You’ll guide other team members, provide regular open feedback and be a strong team player.As a designer, you’ll love fine details, have impeccable typographic standards and seek consistent, high quality and cohesive applications of our brand. Long term thinking comes naturally to you and you proactively plan ahead.You’ll be plugged into all things design, culture and understand the relevance and importance of all generations. Reporting to the Head of Graphic Design, this is a fast paced, highly collaborative and creative role, integral to how we should up as an holistic global brand.
