• Quality Monitoring: Ensure all output meets stringent quality standards through routine inspections.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and lead initiatives for enhanced efficiency.
• Onboarding & Training: Guide new team members through training processes and ongoing development programs.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot machinery and production challenges, minimizing disruptions and downtime.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align production activities with overall business goals.

Profile:

• Technical or mechanical training, or comparable hands-on experience in a production setting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or formal training in team management.
• Proficiency in German (written and spoken); English knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and operational excellence.
