The Data Team is a key lever to implement the Banking Operations Strategy and Objectives. The Data Function is responsible for the implementation of the Data Strategy and developing Intelligent Automation solutions for the entire organization. The team uses design thinking to optimize that process through streamlining and automation of process steps. The Data Strategy ensures that reusable Data Products are developed and utilized for both Automation and Business Analytics. This team is currently in the build-out phase, automating data quality controls and cleansing activities for tax reporting, which is also part of its daily business activity. The team is being developed to act as a center of excellence using Data Science and Engineering as its basis to deliver efficient and scalable Processes. The combination of Data Science and Intelligent Automation allows the team to establish excellence in the Quality of Service and improved Control Framework.

Leadership and Coaching: Establishing and implementing the vision, Team oversight and capacity management, team development through training plans and coaching

Ensuring the daily business activity: The Data team performs Data Quality controls and Data Cleansing activity for all jurisdictions. Ensuring completeness and oversight of the activity

Analytical skills to understand and resolve problems

Transformation: Establish the framework on when to use various capabilities available to the team. Develop access to further tools and integration possibilities. Build the access and develop logical data models that are reusable

Skills development: Develop the current skill set of team members to allow them to utilize their knowledge of products and services to streamline, automate and improve the quality of processes

Objective setting, team oversight, team development through management and coaching

The Data Management team performs Data Quality controls and Data Cleansing activity for all jurisdictions. Ensuring completeness and oversight of the activity
YOUR PROFILE
-
University education (or equivalent academic degrees) in Computer Science, Data Engineering or Science, Business or Finance

Analytical skills to understand and resolve problems

Data and Tech literacy for Data analytics, Data Modeling, Intelligent Automation

Experience in designing and organizing Operational Processes, Tax Reporting Processes, usage of various toolsets
-
Process design (design thinking), process automation, data analytics, data science
-
Fluent in English and good German skills would be a plus

Leadership and coaching skills, previous leadership experience required
