The Position
This position is located in the Predictive Modeling and Data Analytics (PMDA) chapter, a chapter within the Pharmaceutical Sciences function where generating insights from data is a primary focus area.
Job mission

Redesign of the NCA (Non-Compartmental Analysis) data order/request

Automated creation of ADAM.ADNCA dataset from SDTM.PC and SDTM.EX datasets (with automated workflows and Admiral (R package from the Pharmaverse))

Automated plot creation to assess quality and data coherence

Developing an R Shiny Application for Executing NCA

SDTM.PP dataset creation according to GDSR (Global Data Standards Repository)

Automated creation of ADAM.ADPP dataset
Your impact and main responsibilities
The aim of this internship is to play a role in the Automated Non-Compartmental Analysis (aNCA) project, a 2-years initiative designed to streamline the generation of datasets and outputs for submission to health authorities during Phases 1 and 2 of clinical trials. The project involves around 15 team members, and the intern will be fully dedicated to working on this project to enhance the automation of data and output workflows.
Your Profile

You are pursuing your Master's degree or graduated within 1 year or equivalent in data science or computer science.

Strong coding skills in R and/or Python, the knowledge of SAS is a plus

Proficiency in English (written, spoken)

Team player, good communicator, focused working style with the mindset to deliver

Knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC) or NCA/Certara Phoenix™ is a plus

Expertise in Data Handling and Data Quality is crucial for this role
