Your new challenges which will inspire you:
- Review and evaluate business processes across the organization to identify potential inefficiencies that can be addressed through hyperautomation tools
- Establish and maintain robust requirement and specification management practices, ensuring that checklists are performed and defined standards are kept
- Work closely with IT business partners and development teams to deliver automation solutions
- Support users by offering training, creating easy-to-follow guides, and resolving any issues after implementation
Your profile that will convince us:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of hyperautomation technologies (AI, ML, RPA, Integration technologies etc.)
- Proficiency in process mapping and business process modeling tools (BPMN etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data and strong collaboration skills

The minimum gross wage according to the collective agreement (chemical industry) for your new job is EUR 4.157,14. We strive to adapt your salary to your range of tasks and to your profile, which is why we are ready to pay wages higher than collectively agreed.
