Job description
We're looking for a driven and experienced Senior Sales Manager Real World Evidence to join our Business Development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in forging new relationships and strengthening existing ones with key players in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, leveraging our RWE solutions and contributing to the development of the offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote RWE solutions to pharmaceutical companies, life sciences and other healthcare organizations (payors, …).
- Identify and target potential clients, understanding their unique needs and how our services can add value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in Real World Evidence sales, with a proven track record in B2B sales to pharma, life sciences or payors.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and RWE applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Tech-savvy with a data-driven approach to sales, proficient in CRM platforms, with a preference for HubSpot
- Interest and strong proficiency in using tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, and generative AI tools to boost productivity and foster collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field, or relevant background in the industry.
