With the takeover of our new location in Lenzburg, exciting challenges are arising in building services. We are therefore looking for a Building Services Maintenance Specialist who will ensure the smooth operation of our technical systems and actively contribute to the further development of the infrastructure.

Your tasks in detail:

• Ensure the optimal functioning and maintenance of the building technology systems in the area of responsibility
• Ensure machine maintenance with regard to functionality, value retention and safety
• Support the planning and implementation of the planned conversion and new infrastructure
• Participate in the evaluation of new machines and equipment
• Actively participate in the implementation of our decarbonization strategy
• Support superiors in the preparation and adherence to the maintenance budget

You have technical understanding and experience in maintenance and are prepared to take on responsibility.

You have the following qualifications:

• Sound technical understanding of setting and maintaining building services systems
• Completed training as a building services technician TS or FH, electrician, electromechanic or a comparable qualification with a certificate of competence
• Experience in the maintenance of building services systems in the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with building management systems (GLS) and locking systems is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of English desirable
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Training as a boiler attendant and/or as a safety officer (SIBE) is a plus
• Willingness to travel occasionally
