Real Estate Marketing Manager (w/m/d)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our exclusive real estate portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong creative edge, capable of managing the end-to-end marketing of individual real estate projects, from conceptual branding to data-driven promotion.

Your contribution to our success
  • Project Branding and Positioning: Develop and implement unique branding strategies for individual real estate projects, ensuring alignment with the Andermatt Swiss Alps identity and target market
  • Visual Asset Creation: Oversee the production of high-quality visuals, including photography, videos, renderings, and other marketing assets, to showcase properties effectively across all channels
  • Marketing Collateral Design: Create compelling marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support sales efforts and enhance customer engagement
  • Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including print, digital, and event-based strategies, to drive interest and generate leads
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and market trends using data analytics tools, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs
  • CRM Management: Maintain and leverage the CRM system to nurture leads, track customer interactions, and enhance the overall sales funnel
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and construction, as well as external agencies and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies and maintain a competitive edge
What you bring in
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or hospitality sectors (Minimum of 3 years in a marketing Manager Role)
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and multi-channel marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics tools
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English; good knowledge of German is a great advantage
  • Work location: At least 3 days per week in Andermatt; homeoffice possible on the remaining days
