About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Serving as the primary supply chain partner to EMEA markets, ensuring alignment of supply chain tactical goals and operational plans.

Identifying gaps in markets and supply chain performance and executing corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement in service levels and operational excellence.

Leading the local S&OP process to ensure one consensus plan for the cluster / sub-region, bringing together the financial, demand and supply perspective and ensuring data maturity and actionable outcomes.

Consolidating findings and highlights critical issues as input to the global S&OP process for further discussion and decision making.

Leading the local S&OE platform to ensure execution on the plan and timely preparation and implementation of action plans to mitigate short-term gaps.
About you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

University degree/Education, preferably in Supply Chain, Merchandising, Planning
-
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Sales and Operations Planning
-
Mastery of specific professional discipline at expert level in the area of Demand / Supply Planning, Merchandising, Sales and Operations Planning, Inventory Management preferably in the e.g. Fashion Retail/ Jewelry/ luxury industry

Excellent English proficiency and communication skills

Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

Strong lateral Leadership and Analytics skills
